Missed appointments may need to be rebooked.

Invoices and receipts are generated automatically when applicable.

6. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval depends solely on the embassy/consulate.

We do not guarantee that your application will be approved, even if all documents are properly prepared.

We provide guidance based on experience and publicly available information.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Attending your visa appointment

  • Complying with embassy requirements

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by embassies, VFS/BLS, or other authorities.
