Refund Policy – My Visa Agency

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refund requests are handled for services provided by My Visa Agency.

1. Nature of Our Services

My Visa Agency provides digital and consultancy-based services, including:

  • Online visa consultations

  • Visa file review

  • Personalized document checklists

  • Assistance with supporting letters

  • Step-by-step guidance for visa requirements

Because these services rely on professional time, expertise, and immediate digital delivery, they are considered non-refundable once provided.

2. No Refund After Service Has Started

All payments are final and non-refundable after:

  • The consultation has been conducted

  • Any documents, checklists, or guidance have been delivered

  • Work on the client's file has begun in any form

If a client chooses not to proceed after the service has started, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Before Consultation (Limited Eligibility)

Clients may request a full refund only if:

  • The consultation has not yet taken place

  • No work has been initiated on their file

  • The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation

Requests made after this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling Consultations

Clients may reschedule their consultation once, without extra fees, provided that:

  • The rescheduling request is made at least 12 hours before the appointment

  • The client attends the new scheduled time

Missed appointments without prior notice are considered used services and are not eligible for refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued only in rare cases, such as:

  • A technical error preventing My Visa Agency from delivering the service

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake

We may require proof of the issue.
The final decision will be made by My Visa Agency.

6. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy or visa processing center.
Therefore:

❗ A visa refusal does not entitle the client to a refund.

Our services provide guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be:

  • Issued through the same payment method used for purchase

  • Processed within 7–14 business days

  • Reduced by any applicable payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees)

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible under this policy), clients must contact:
